Working with young child/ Young adults (5-18 year olds) while at primary school/ high school camps. And guiding them through series of activities such as canoeing, rock climbing, abseiling etc.

Using strong communication and clear instructions to meet individual student needs, fostering an inclusive environment that encouraged participation from learners with diverse backgrounds and abilities.

Supported and encouraged strong leadership skills among students by guiding them through challenges that required teamwork, problem-solving, and personal growth.

Competition Manager for Hunter Central Coast Australian Football Competitions. 50% Office based work with huge involvement in communication with clients, event management, administration, sporting management.

The other 50% of the job is practical outdoor involvement (Participation and Development). Mainly working with young kids (5-16) by introducing programs at schools and running AFL based skill sessions to this audience.
