  • Manage maintenance team solved machinery breakdown and arrange specific team member for each of the machine, starting with Warping, Sizing and Beaming machine
  • Make sure all preventive jobs ( Check Point) was follow daily, weekly and yearly schedule
  • Planning for purchasing requisition (using SAP - System Applications Products) for machine spare part and manage store for spare part in order and enough for machine breakdown usage
  • Keep follow up with purchasing team for delivery date of ordering spare part and vendor send within schedule
  • Ensure obsolete item have replacement or seek for replacement include mechanical and electrical component with Vendor
  • Involved with electrical team on trouble shooting machine electrical breakdown
  • Require to planning Yearly budget for maintenance and electrical spare part with allowed amount ( Cost saving )
  • Ensure Good Lift and Hoist Chain in healthy condition and will immediate contact with contract cell vendor and Safety Department team to solved the abnormalities
  • Involved with management team to apply Capex purchase ( Asset purchasing ) such High Power Reed, Refurbish of idle sizing machine, Warper Beam and also Heald properly order for companies usage.

  • Manage and daily review the arrangement for operator patrolling area and monthly operator shift rotation
  • Manage the proper and effective action to solve the abnormality occurrences (weft, warp and machinery problems) happen in the production area

  • Replacement/Substitution for Shift Officers (Day Shift/Night Shift) in case of their emergency leave

  • Also preparing the shift officer report in case of their replacement
  • Planning for urgency or particular testing fabric code installation at production area by monitoring the both change beam and production process (including QC results)
  • Comply to safety guidelines by properly preparing an understandable safety guidelines/method especially for foreign worker such as 5MTBT, safety video show, safety campaign and etc
  • Manage the proper arrangement for production operator subjected in following the safety guidelines SWP and SOP.
