
I am a proven strategic leader committed to demonstrating the delivery of value derived through learning and capability development. My graduate education and experience in visioning, designing, and delivering the strategy for capability and skill shift has been honed working in large global complex organisations. This includes extensive experience in agile methodology, leading through change and human-centred design approaches. As a compassionate people leader I believe deeply in an inclusive, growth mindset culture where high performance, and high impact, thrive.
As a mother of 2 children, I am always curious about how to make this world a better and happier place. In a professional context this includes being the ANZ bank NSW representative for the PACE mentoring program working with the Australian Network on Disability, the NAB bank NSW representative for the Smith Family children’s charity, being on the eHealth Women in Leadership CoP Steering Committee from 2022-2024, the 2022 L&D Tech Fest board and running pro-bono coaching for women entering the workforce who are seeking guidance on how to develop confidence in their professional capabilities. For my children it means being an active part of their life, spending time with them doing what they love. I also enjoy completing fitness challenges, multiple charity walks each year, running my personal young talent music business Bleecker Street nights and wine tasting.
