During the time I worked at the preschool, a two-year-old boy with diabetes started preschool. I became the boy's assistant, in addition to my job as a childcarer at the preschool, because I have previous experience with diabetes. This job included weighing carbohydrates in food, responsibility for dosing insulin, and giving sugar depending on blood sugar levels. To complete this job, a good memory for numbers, being able to follow and understand the curves of the blood sugar, take blood samples, dose insulin, was required.

For a year and a half, I have worked as a childcarer at a preschool in Stockholm. I have been able to use the curriculum to develop the children's knowledge and use reflection protocols to follow up on their ideas and thoughts. The job has given me experience to be able to help children's development, both emotionally and in their curiosity to learn new things. The first half of the year, I worked with a group of children aged 4 to 6, and then I worked in a group with children from 1 to 3 years for the rest of the year.

I have encouraged positive interactions between children by providing supervision at all times.

Participated in parent and teacher conferences to discuss student progress or any other concerns related to childcare services provided.

During the summer of 2022 (June to August) I worked at an outdoor pool

My duties were to watch over the pools and act in case of an accident of any kind

I had to attend training in lifesaving and test my swimming skills

I also worked in a small shop where I stood at the till and sold various kinds of goods

I have been working at a babysitting agency for about 8 months

During this time I worked for 3 different families

The children were from 5 months to 5 years old

I picked up them from daycare, changed diapers, cooked, played games and more

I have done small jobs with children in church, such as dressing up and doing Easter activities.

Where I, for example, with children from the age of 5 to 12, went by bus into the forest, where we then ate and played games.
