Hedda V. Knight

Hired by a Danish skincare company as translator in three languages (Norwegian, Danish and English). My responsibilities was translating articles and other documents for their website and e-mailing lists.

Worked as head barista at a popular Broome cafe during high season. I was alone responsible for making coffees and other beverages in a high paced enviroment, while keeping the work bench clean and organized as well as training employees.

Owned and operated a sucessful mobile coffee business on Murray Street in Perth in collaboration wirh Perth City Markets (a pop-up market with local businesses). My responsibilities was making high quality barista coffee, customer service, management, accounting and social media management.

Spent a summer season in Pemberton assisting with the re-opening of a beautiful winery resturaunt. My roles were hostess, waitress and barista. I also hosted wine tasting and worked the bar for events.
