I have been at home looking after my daughter while other kids are off to school. I Look after my son who has Autism taking him to appointments and looking after his well-being.

• Learnt beard trims, Cutthroat shave, Men’s haircuts, kid’s haircuts, cleaning equipment, cleaning workstations and general cleaning.

• Cutting men’s hair, learning how to fade, cleaning, I did some colours every now and then and using the cash register and EFTPOS machine.

• I started out doing my first 2 years of my apprenticeship with Claudia’s hair salon serving customers beverages, caping up and general cleaning whilst also learning how to operate the EFTPOS machine and till
• I have learned colouring and started basic to intermediate cuts e.g., fringe trims, trims, basic layer, foiling, regrowth, cap, all over tints, basic sets, and more
• After completing my 1st year, the salon changed hands to Bellessa’s Hair and Beauty where I continued halfway through my second year before leaving due to no senior hairdressers in the salon to teach me, and due to my pregnancy.

• 3 Months: Learnt how to use the cash registers and taking orders, serving food I also had done general cleaning in dining area and cleaned windows, mopping.

• 10 days: I had done general cleaning
• Cleaning mirrors, shelves, front desk, taking care of customers and started to learn to wash hair and caping up the customers also making beverages.

• 2 Months: Learning to use the till and EFTPOS Machine, serving customers, general cleaning, labeling items, stacking shelves and cash handling I also answered the phone.

• I drove around asking people if they are interested in buying Avon products and dropping off Avon books then I picked up orders and placed them I also delivered orders and picked up money and done banking.
