• Full operational and financial responsibility for the delivery of services under the Facilities Management Services Contract with WA Health, at Fiona Stanley Hospital
• Leading a large team, we delivered non clinical services at Fiona Stanley Hospital, WA’s premiere tertiary hospital, ensure the hospital runs smoothly and patients benefit from a high quality hospital environment
• This broad role delivers an integrated facilities management service as well as additional corporate services including ICT and Digital, HR, OSHE, L&D, Risk and Assurance
• During this time, I oversaw the transition of 3 service lines back to the state, as part of our August 2021 contract extension

• Reporting to ASPAC CFO, I led the Health Finance Function for Serco ASPAC
• This includes the Fiona Stanley Hospital (FSH) commercial, procurement and finance teams, and an off-shore centre of excellence team
• A member of the Serco Fiona Stanley Hospital Executive Management Team, I provide financial and commercial leadership in supporting the contract delivery at Fiona Stanley Hospital

• Reporting to the Group CFO, I had responsibility for several portfolios including the centralised shared service function (with hubs in WA and Victoria), processing 380k of invoices (pa), 1.5M in billing and receivable invoices (pa) and fortnightly payroll for 14,000 employees
• Other responsibilities included the delivery of board and executive reporting, statutory and management accounting, financial governance, strategic funding, planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis, accounts payable, billing and receivables.
