Transformational Change

  • Delivery of $8.8M Estates Transformation Program at Fiona Stanley Hospital, a comprehensive change management program utilising technology to enhance our Asset Management capability, ultimately attaining ISO55001 Asset Management Certification
  • Payroll transformation: led the migration of Payroll functions into the Finance Directorate, including initial baseline and analysis, operating model review and implementation, service redesign and implementation of digital service management (ticketing and workflow management)


Relationship Management

  • Customer Alliance Program: Led a customer relationship reset initiative, working in partnership with the customer, to shift a historical adversarial and contractual working relationship to a positive and collaborative working relationship focused on the future
  • We Care Program: Spearheaded a customer service transformation program, including an intensive training and coaching for both leadership and frontline staff, refocusing the teams on developing exceptional customer service built on compassion and understanding.


Operational Leadership

  • Supporting Hospital Response to COVID Pandemic: Working closely with the Fiona Stanley Hospital executive team in supporting extensive hospital service changes and configurations to support the establishment of a COVID testing clinic and preparedness for accepting COVID patients
  • Transition of services to WA Health: as part of our 2021 contract extension, WA Health negotiated to descope cleaning, catering, and internal logistics services from our contract


Building high performing teams

  • Developing future leaders, by establishing an Extended Leadership group and developing programs to support leadership development including a Leadership Book Club, Leadership Circles (peer coaching groups) and a specific women in leadership initiative, She Shines.


Operational Excellence

  • Delivering a 6% reduction in transactional FTE across billing and receivables through the application of robotic process automation (RPA)
  • Implementation and roll out of interactive, mobile enabled, real time financial and management reporting, leveraging SAP Hana business intelligence technology, reducing finance personnel by 30%
