- In-house repair: Using heat treatment equipment, repairing cracks with inconel stick welding.
- Installation- Structural steel, in-house jobs, drilling with magnetic drill.
- Worked safely at industrial safety standards, using PPE (3M G5-01 helmet, face shields, safety glasses, welding gloves, welding jacket, spats, steel cap boots, fire resistant clothing).
- Experience working on machinery including Submerged Arc Welders, press brake, band saw, drill press, guillotine, plate roller, scissor lift, hand-pushed belt floor grinder machine for metal.
- NDT experience: VT, MPI, Dye penetration testing.
- Experience with oxy cutting and gouging.
- Painting: Mixing correct ratio of Dulux Durethane and Acrathane IF paint with the correct hardener ready for paint.
- Working at height with harness, fire watch, fire extinguishing in house training.
