• Muay Thai: On the side I love to train muay Thai where I’m looking forward to have a career from, where my fitness career and muay Thai career can benefit each-other. I train Muay Thai 4-times a week.
• Gym: As a person that does muay Thai, I need to have a source of base and power for muay Thai. And that’s where the gym comes in where I do my S&C 2-3 times a week to be fit/endurance ready for Muay Thai.
