I've worked with multiple students, teaching them mainly mathematics. I've supported them when struggling, patiently taking them through topics, learning new ways to communicate and help them advance in their studies. Through providing practice questions and assisting when needed, I've seen great progress.

Worked independently most weeks labelling coffee bags at night, occasionally working day-time shifts grinding and packaging coffee for customer orders.

Throughout school captaincy, I worked closely with a leadership team to run many events and raise awareness for different causes. The leadership team had a culture of respect, listening, communication, strong work ethic and a desire to serve. Through this, I was able to work collaboratively and efficiently, and taught me how to communicate well with a large team.

Oversaw a set-up team for a weekly youth program, ensuring the auditorium was excellently prepared. I supervised and grew a team to assist with this, growing in leadership and communication skills. It helped me learn how to tackle changes and challenges with a mindset open to change, working efficiently as possible, as a team.
