My ultimate career aspiration is to be a professional contact within the music industry. I have a deep love for music, singing and being a creative individual. I have obtained a number of musical qualifications (incl. Music Theory and Piano certifications), but wish to continue to develop my musical aspirations to further my ultimate career goals. I am a passionate individual who is ready to take the next step in my personal growth and I'm excited to be in an environment that will positively fuel my personal goals.

How will my experience as a Restaurant Manager of McDonald's benefit me in this role?

Working in a fast paced environment, you learn to problem solve and troubleshoot on your feet. I face opportunities head on and determine best-case-scenario outcomes that will benefit the business. Leading a team requires me to always look for new talent to develop within the business - coaching up-and-coming individuals on their time management, leadership, communication skills and individual presentations. Running a 24/7 business has given me the tools and resources to think critically about routine, structure and accountability - delegating through my team allows us to maintain the attention to details. As a Restaurant Manager I am able to diagnose opportunities within the business, come up with creative solutions and work independently, juggling multiple tasks simultaneously, to lead the team to success. Finally, I am extremely people driven - I enjoy bringing a positive and uplifting energy to the workplace to get the best out of my team!
