Responsibilities

• Monitoring stock level of QANTAS domestic (like Melbourne, Perth and Adelaide etc.) and international ports (such as Hong Kong, Japan and Shanghai etc.)
• Planning the rejection of stock weekly, fortnightly and monthly for domestic and international ports
• Arranging and tracking the deliveries of stock via road, airfreight and sea shipment
• Placing orders based on different stock levels of different ports from suppliers and tracking the orders; handling relative issues like delivery delay, damages, invoice.
• Doing analysis of historical consumption record; predicting and adjusting the forecast in Oracle system.
• Fixing the emergencies of stock shortage, delivery delay, and issues from suppliers
• Helping to prepare the internal KPI and external KPI.
• Helping to generate consumption report and review SOPs.
