I’ve worked in both food service and customer-facing roles, mainly at a clean food store called Cadosa, in Hanoi. There, I helped customers choose products, kept the store clean, packed and delivered orders, and sometimes served porridge at a small street stall out front. It taught me how to stay organized, handle pressure, and be thoughtful with every customer. More recently, I’ve also been working part-time at a nail salon in Brisbane, which has helped me build more confidence in communicating in English and working with a wide range of people. I enjoy being part of a team, and I always try to make the customer feel comfortable and looked after.
