I am a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgical Engineering degree eager to join a reputable organization to begin my professional career. At the end of my degree I went through an internship with Riozim Gold Zimbabwe where I immersed myself within the modern processing workforce to develop a hands-on level of experience involving plant design, plant flow and plant economics. I worked in the Metallurgy lab,as an operator in the CIL and flotation plant whilst shadowing a plant metallurgist. I was also privileged enough to be apart of the metallurgical team that commissioned the first Bioplant in Zimbabwe. Before leaving Zimbabwe to further my education i was working at an African mine company,Bravura where i was a Metallurgical Engineering graduate trainee. We were focused on plant and process design for a platinum plant and lithium plant from tin processing waste. I was learning the ropes around plant design and process design.I am highly motivated, observant and excellent at solving complex problems.I am a good researcher and can carry out optimization experiments independently and efficiently. My main goal currently is to be in a position to enhance my degree in any way possible. I intend to either find employment within a mineral processing organization that will enable me to utilize my knowledge whilst sharpening my skills in the extractive metallurgy branch or explore the physical metallurgy branch.
