I have honed my customer service and table service abilities through hands-on experience in fast paced diners
during my work placements. While my tenure at 'Zarraffa’s Coffee' was brief, it taught me the importance of
situational awareness and provided opportunities for teamwork and leadership engagement. Over the span of
around 6 months, I worked at a newly opened store "Fin’s Choice," where I adapted quickly, acquired new
skills, and enhanced my proficiency in time management, customer service, and observational skills. My
aspiration to further improve my skill set inspires me to seek more opportunities in diverse work environments.

I am very captivated by art and visual arts such as photography and animation, which I have taken an interest
in. I plan to complete my certificates and enter JMC university specializing and leading university in the arts,
allowing me to expand my skills and display them to the world. I also dream of starting an animation studio to
encourage the collaboration of animation artists to create eye-catching and memorable films for audiences,
and to do that, I must start by understanding people.
