I volunteered on behalf of the Jewish agency in Emanuel school. My role was to educate the students about Israel, Zionism and Judaism in an immersive and interactive way. I worked together with the Israeli team and the local team through verity of camps, classes and activities.
The experience required unwavering attention, care and passion, in order to deliver comprehensive and engaging programs for ages 3-22 years old.
Counselor at Alexander Muss High School. I have taught various groups of Jewish youth from around the world who come to experience Israel and it's values. Students spend several months in Israel whilst living in residential conditions. The work involves 24/7 care for the students, living with them in the youth village, high-level English instruction, conducting activities with a focus on Jewish and Israeli themes, teamwork, and responsibility for a large group during various activities throughout the country.
I was on the summer camp selection team. My responsibilities included evaluating candidates, conducting interviews, and assessing their ability to teach, with a focus on Israeli culture.
Short term work until starting my role at Alexander Muss. I served as an administrative manager in the Public Relations office, handling daily logs, telephone responses, equipment collation, liaising with suppliers and clients, and inputting projects into the office systems.
I volunteered as a counselor at a jewish summer camp in California. I taught children of different ages
and led activities related to Israel for all campers and staff. The work was intensive and around the clock but highly enjoyable and meaningful.
I volunteered as an emissary at Sinai Temple, where my main responsibilities included teaching Hebrew and Israel-related activities to people of all ages. I organized
events for over 400 people involved in Israeli education, fundraised, provided training for teaching staff, taught as a teacher at the school, and lived with community families throughout my stay. The work was busy, challenging, and meaningful.
In the IDF, I specialized in combat engineering. I trained thousands of soldiers, both in routine and emergency situations. I moved between several military bases every week and training dozens of soldiers each day. The role was intensive, substantial, and fulfilling.
