Managing the team and using clear communication to ensure the team works efficiently within the wider En Gold company.
Proficiently using Shopify and Dear System to execute, process and keep up-to-date records of all customer orders/ product inventory and information

Proven ability to multitask and juggle multiple priorities or deadlines
Must have a Valid Australian Driver’s License and own transportation.
Liaise with sales and logistics departments for efficient response regarding ETAs/orders/warranty claims.
Dealing with clients face to face during gallery viewing, providing customers with product information and aftercare consultations.
Coordinating with different departments to set better strategies and structure for a smoother buying experience for our clients.
