· Currently employed in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Eastern Health, Box Hill Hospital.

· Successfully completed the six-month Transition to Specialty Practice Program (TSP) in January 2025.

· Competent in caring for sedated and ventilated patients, as well as those with sepsis, organ failure, and post-operative needs.

· Experienced in providing palliative care and ensuring patients' comfort and dignity.

Attended and actively participated in professional development sessions, including CVAD, ECG, and ventilator study days, to enhance clinical expertise.

· Continued employment in Ward 9.2 (Acute Medicine) following completion of the graduate nurse program.

· Provided high-quality nursing care to patients with complex medical conditions, ensuring holistic and patient-centred care.

· Collaborated effectively with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes and enhance their hospital experience.

· Developed and implemented individualised care plans to promote patient recovery and well-being.

· Completed a 12-month Graduate RN Program, with two six-month rotations:

o Emergency Department: Worked across the Short Stay Unit, Paediatric Pod, and Low Acuity Cubicles. Gained experience in acute care and emergency nursing interventions.

o Ward 9.2 – Acute Medicine: Strengthened clinical skills in general ward nursing, developing expertise in time management, patient care planning, and Multidisciplinary collaboration.
