- Participated actively in regular lab meetings with David Gonsalvez and his PhD students, presented in multiple journal clubs.

- Completed a dissection scholarship over 6 weeks in the summer holidays
- My dissection focussed on all autonomic ganglia within the head and neck, which I planned, organised and completed on my own.
- I wrote a report discussing my findings with a link to clinical outcomes of the anatomy, with a particular focus on the facial nerve in the inner ear.
- This was an opportunity to plan a project the entire way through which taught me a lot about time management, organisation and adaptation when things didn't go to plan.
