I am motivated to commence employment in the Aged Care Sector as a Personal Care Worker. I have completed my Certificate III in Individual Support including the Work Placement of 120 hours. I found this experience, most rewarding, in particular, supporting the consumers with their daily support needs and activities. I enjoyed, communicating with the consumers and providing the support with their individual care. I have good time management skills, communication skills, planning and organizing my work, working with the team, using my initiative and following the organizations policies and procedures. I am willing to further develop my skills and knowledge.
