  • During this I work along side the onboarding team for pulse nursing agency which is one of the biggest nursing recruitment companies in the UK
  • I work towards a target each week to clear as many nurses to work as I can
  • I work along side the recruiters who pass the candidates on to me to get all the compliance that is needed for them to work
  • It is a pressure involved job especially when there is a deadline for a nurse to clear for but that is what makes the job exciting
  • I get to speak to the nurses on the phone daily to chase them for their compliance and create relationships with them so their journey with me goes as smoothly as possible
  • I have weekly KPI's that I work towards each week which involves phoning candidates, contacting all my candidates weekly, and clearing as many candidates as I can weekly which goes towards my bonus each month.
