I have an extensive background in customer service along with clinical wellness program design and clinical practice. My many years in retail pharmacy gave me direct consumer interactions that led to me designing consumer service materials, clinic programs, and workshops to extend and enhance consumer and clinical interactions. I'm delighted to say we proudly went on to become the Number 1 Guardian pharmacy in Australasia.
Since then I have been responsible for the design, and development of over 30 clinics - based within pharmacies and medical centres. This included training all staff, developing operating procedures and consumer materials, running a national hotline, and reporting to managers & stakeholders.
My more recent work has been with Australia's largest naturopathic Telehealth service provider offering clinical consultations and supporting customer service. Here I have been able to develop a Quality Control program to monitor service safety, practitioner support, client satisfaction, and client retention.
My entire work life has been based around customer relations and I have exceptionally high service standards, tempered with an understanding of the business needs and management directives.
I am a team player, who likes to have a laugh while really understanding communication between people and creating service, programs and materials that assist them to communicate most effectively.
As a Mornington Peninsula resident all of my life, I would really enjoy the opportunity to serve my community as a Voice of Customer Specialist. And I love the flexibility of working remotely or in a variety of locations.
