Holly Muskett

I am currently in two Cheerleading teams that train 9hrs per week and compete in several competitions through out the year. I have competed in the American Grand National Championships in Las Vegas where our team placed first.

My Inspire Athletics Cheer Leading teams have competed in high level Queensland competitions placing in a range of first and second positions. We will be competing in Sydney at the start of December for the National Championships. Throughout my training year I have:

• Attended all practices on time with a positive attitude and willingness to work hard.
• Participated in clinics that have offered insight and assistance with improving my skills.
• Kept uniform clean, neat and well-maintained to present a positive and professional image of our team.
• Maintained nutritious diet and solid exercise regimen to meet strict physical standards for competitions and events.
• Promoted positive attitude and competitive spirit during training and competition.
• Adapted quickly to changing routine plans and strategies.
• Collaborated with teammates and coaches to build relationships and create cohesive team environment.
• Determined areas in need of improvement and optimized strategies to strengthen my performance.
• Managed time effectively while traveling for competition, attending training, and studying for school.
