I consistently provided excellent customer service by greeting customers, showing them to their table, taking and delivering food and drink orders, answering questions about menu items, and checking back to ensure satisfaction. I accurately processed payments using cash registers or POS systems while performing basic math calculations for billing and provided correct change. During peak hours, I assisted with bussing tables, seating guests, and supporting other wait staff. I responsibly served alcoholic beverages, adhered to health codes, restocked beverages, and maintained a clean work station. While working, I also trained new staff and assisted and supported them while they were settling in. Additionally, I participated in team meetings, organised take-out orders, and prepared dining areas for the next shift.

Affiliations

My interests include art, going to conventions and reading. I love drawing, and designing. I have designed logos for a local business. Furthermore, I like to make cosplays (costumes) for conventions such as supernova, comic-con and Smash - I am currently in the process of making an outfit from a show called Winx Club for a future convention.

While I am not studying for University or crafting, I love to read. I love fantasy and romance books. One of my favorites being fourth Wing. I collect special edition books and anticipate my favorite authors releasing new books (such as Ali Hazelwood)

- Gold Medallion (Principals award when graduating, for service in both community and school)

- HSC

- During my last year of high school I was leader of both the graduation and formal committee. I made the graduation video and made choices such as venue location and food for the year 12 formal.

- Every year in high school I achieved a Year Advisors effort and application award

- Achieved a principles award in year 10, 11 and 12
