In 2022 I underwent a 6-week McCusker Internship with Southcare located in Manning alongside their Marketing team: during which time I put together a Campaign proposal for their Caring Hands Day Campaign. I also undertook other office duties such as editing and designing company advertising material.
In 2019, I was fortunate enough to complete work experience with Blue Room Theatre where I got to meet many artists and writers and learned about their craft, gaining insight into their formula for designing and advertising for their creative work.
Through this experience as a year 11 student, I gained a further passion for the arts and was allowed to sit in on rehearsals. I was also afforded editing tasks during my time there.

Selected to go on ‘Teach Learn Grow’ service trip in 2019: the trip aims to ‘close the gap’ between non-Indigenous and Indigenous Australians'. Here I spent two weeks with students of Fitzroy learning invaluable lessons about their culture and helping them with english and numeracy in their classes, with the aim to inspire them in their learning.
I volunteered for five seasons as a surf lifesaver at my local club. Here I was continually working on my first aid skills and fitness and during my time there I attained my bronze medallion, Surf Rescue Certificate (SRC), First Aid, CPR qualification and Inflatable Rescue Boat (IRB) qualification.
Here I test Pool water levels and ensure the environment is safe for patron use. I attained this qualification with the intention to continue upskilling my experience in the aquatic industry.
As a lifeguard I ensure the safety and positive customer experiences of all patrons who visit the centre in my community.
Over 3.5 years of experience in hospitality and customer service as a lifeguard at Riverton and Cannington Leisureplexes, Cockburn ARC and Narrogin Leisure (for Royal Life Saving WA)
I have also worked public events such as WA Day at Elizabeth Quay and a triathlon event at Bicton Baths for my 'Event Pool Lifeguard' Position with Royal Life Saving
I wanted to diversify my work-life thus I took up a position for a lovely family in my area. I value the experience I have gained with working with children through this.
I have also completed many invoicing tasks for this family of Doctors as part of my commitment to the family.
