First of all, I promise to work harder than anyone else and carry more stones than anyone else to create a positive atmosphere for the team.
I was part of the leading team at SekiStone for three years and two months, contributing to numerous urban development construction projects.
At SekiStone, I learned the importance of preparation in construction work, the value of teamwork, the creativity needed to enhance the strength of stone with small innovations, and the diligence required to work twice as hard as others.
One of the most memorable projects was the Grand Green Osaka Umekita Park. We had to complete the installation of over 2,000 square meters of pyramid-shaped exterior walls using stones weighing more than 200 kg within a month and a half.
I had to handle all the stone preparation by myself without any other assistants. This experience trained me to think ahead—before going to the site each morning, I developed the habit of planning how to make the day’s work as smooth as possible. Now, this mindset has become second nature, sharpening my construction-oriented thinking instinctively.
