  • I complete, publish and manage rosters for the whole team (up to 8 staff)
  • I shift fill for shifts regularly
  • I do On Call for the company regularly
  • I conduct supervisions monthly with 6 of my team
  • I work closely with my area manager and undertake supervision with her monthly
  • I work closely with my area manager, as well as a second area manager and up to 6 other team leaders on a regular basis, as well as my team of approx 8 workers who support our behavioural SIL client
  • I submit detailed and quality shift notes every shift
  • I submit clear and thorough Incident reports
  • I complete shift note and incident report audits for my team, and follow up on missing notes
  • I manage the SIL house where the client resides as house manager
  • I complete and uphold cleaning rosters for the whole team
  • I have set up a staff room, manage the staff needs and manage a Budgetly card with money provided by my company to purchase staff needs and cleaning products for the SIL house
  • I submit property reports for the SIL house on an on-going basis
  • I liaise with contractors to the SIL house when repairs are to be done

  • I have attended court with the client to provide support at a QCat tribunal for the OPG
  • I have attended and provided support at the Probation office with another client regularly
  • I check, updating and approve staff timesheets within the fortnightly pay cut off, daily
  • I have completed TCI training and PBSP training to implement ongoing strategies with a behavioural client
  • I have completed numerous courses on the EtrainU platform and many other courses (ongoing)
  • I have completed Team Leader training, Adaptive Leadership Training, Supervision Training and Post Crisis Training provided by my workplace
  • I have effectively managed escalations and heightened behaviour in the client to bring about the best and healthier outcomes for the client for approx 4 years working with this client
