During my time at the CCS helpdesk I have been able to build strong and foundational knowledge around the Early child care programs and the Family Assistance Law (FAL), specifically child care subsidy and its related policies and programs.
I am, an extremely reliable and passionate worker, able to adapt quickly to different working environments and changing priorities. I am curious to nature and work hard to learn as much as possible to assist me in completing my responsibilities. I will always complete my given tasks to the best of my ability ensuring other feelings as well.
I am a confident people person and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, I would like to expand my experience within customer service and helping others around me.
The CCS helpdesk is a service available to assist with child care services with enquiries related to the management of the child care subsidy in the CCS system and provide clarity and context on the relevant legislation. Additionally, the CCS helpdesk manages fraud and compliance Tip off line, this is a service for stakeholders to report breaches in Family assistance Law (FAL) or the mismanagement of their CCS.
