01.2022 - Current
- With a promotion to Site Manager, I was able to fulfil a goal of leading a project and a team with the Rockbank Primary School (project cost $42M). This was a challenging role which I relished and thrived in. This project consisted of a greenfield site developed into a new school with 5 buildings, playgrounds and a soccer field.
- After handing over the Rockbank Primary School, I commenced another school - Tarniet North Primary school (project cost $42M). This second project gave me the chance to refine my skills and develop a strong team around me. This project cosisted of 5 buildings, playgrounds and a soccer field. This project was handed over weeks before the PC date.
- Towards the end of the Rockbank Prmary project I was given the task of commencing the stage 2 of Clyde North Station Secondary School (project cost $14M). I took the project from a greenfield site to the completion of the structure 3 weeks ahead of programme to then start my next full project.
- My next project was another primary school - Clyde North Primary School (project cost $48M). This project was a challenge as due to land aquisition troubles the project was shortened to 7.5 months in lieu of 12 months. I was able to navigate challenging delays such as subcontractors folding, weather issues and handover before the practical completion date. I was very proud of this achievement.
- My current project is the Ballarto Road Primary School (project cost $44M) and is currently on track alost half way through the programme and consists of a new inexperienced team.

- Moving to Hutchies, I took on the role of SPE on the Clyde North Secondary School which I aided in the commencement of the project, focused on the design and value management of the project while assisting young foreman with supervision of trades and delivering the project during COVID on a tight schedule. This project consisted of 4 buildings and landscaped areas.

- Commenced the role of sole Foreman on the build-only development of the aquatic centre in Rosebud. The project consists of three pools including a 50m pool, single level pool plant room basement, portal frame steel structure with metal deck roofing and timber truss roof structure housing an open floor gym and various wet areas.

- As the structure package closed out at CV, my role progressed into a Foreman position which included the supervision of landscaped areas, external balconies, ground level canopy and streetscape, L5 pool communal area and close out of the building façade.

- Commenced on-site March 2017 I was responsible for the groundworks/civils through to structure of the building. As I was able to measure and price this project in estimating, I had a thorough understanding of the detail within the project. The structure of the building was extensive with a five-level basement, large podium slabs, dual towers with curved layout incorporating a curtain wall system including three pool and spas. This experience leading and coordinating the structure works developed my skills enhanced my love of construction.
