For the past 5 years, I have been employed by Tetra Tech Coffey Pty Ltd, specialising in environmental, geotechnical, and project management services. In this role, I have contributed to a wide range of projects across government, infrastructure, and private sectors, with a strong focus on contaminated land management and environmental compliance.

Key responsibilities:

• Contaminated Land Management
  Lead and support contaminated land investigations, including preliminary and detailed site assessments, remediation, and validation across government, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
• Technical Reporting & Compliance
  Deliver high-quality technical reports, data analysis, and environmental due diligence assessments in accordance with NSW EPA guidelines, NEPM (2013), POEO Act, and other relevant legislation.
• Fieldwork Coordination
  Plan and coordinate field activities, including subcontractor supervision, safety documentation, sample collection, and site safety assessments.
• Project & Stakeholder Management
  Apply project management principles to oversee quality, budgets, schedules, and team performance. Manage changes to project scope, timelines, and costs while ensuring client and stakeholder expectations are met.
• Remediation & Civil Works Supervision
  Supervise on-site remediation and civil works, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Waste & Material Management
  Contribute to waste classification and material reuse strategies, including ENM, VENM, recovered aggregate assessments, and resource recovery exemptions.
• Client Engagement & Business Development
  Engage with clients to deliver sustainable land and remediation solutions. Identify business development opportunities, prepare fee proposals, and maintain strong industry networks.
• Procurement & Tendering
  Lead tendering and procurement processes for environmental and civil remediation projects.
• Environmental Planning & Documentation
  Prepare remediation action plans, validation assessments, and environmental management plans to support project delivery and regulatory compliance.
