I am currently employed as a supervisor for Jara construction and civil. I oversee multiple job sites at once, ensuring smooth operation with no delay. I ensure safe work practices are maintained and KPI's are met. My main experiences within this company have been land development constructing sub-divisions. i have a deep understanding of the processes involved in building sub-divisions with hands on experience in all aspects. i currently manage a crew of 12 personnel who report directly.

• Managing job sites from single lot commercial developments to 80 lot sub-divisions.

My time with Earthbound civil was short, as i was unable to see personal growth within a smaller company. How ever within that time i supervised crews of up to 3 people
