• Experienced plant operator with the ability to operate many types of heavy machinery
• Crusher operations and maintenance
• Transport goods and loads to various locations and job sites
• Check all load-related documentation to ensure accuracy
• Loading and unloading materials using front end loaders or pugmill into designated truck and trailers whilst adhering to current legislation.
• Comply with WH&S policies and procedures.
• Operate and drive truck, plant and equipment
• Maintain plant in good working order, address faults and necessary repairs
• Manage resources for all maintenance including tools, equipment, man-hours
• Coordinate and investigate the resolution of quality problems

• Motivate, develop, and mentor team members
• Liaison with management and staff to document key role functions
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews
• Carry out site inductions for visitors and new employees
• Manage and supervise new and current team members, ensure time-efficient procedures are met, provide training, workflow supervision & safety guidance
• Provide feedback to employees on workplace performance
• Implement incentives to employees weekly
• Delegate duties and expectations to Labourers and Machine Operators
