For over 12 months, I have worked as an assistant manager for a farm grazing business in 2023 involving the role of a supervisor, managing at times one or two workers, as well as my own tasks I assigned. This role involved a range of areas including animal husbandry, land management, stock handling and infrastructure maintenance and development. During my time as an assistant manager, I developed strong communication skills, thus strong relationships with staff, fostering positive working environments.
