Teamwork

From my experience, I know that teamwork is very important in all workplaces It is vital as it ensures that the job is done efficiently and properly while giving customers a great experience I have demonstrated teamwork in all my roles Without teamwork, things may not run smoothly or efficiently

Reliability

I am extremely reliable and always turn up on time, if not early This is very important to me especially as I am needed at places like school early in the morning Reliability is a huge factor in the workplace and I believe I bring this skill effectively

Initiative

I always try to use my initiative where I can Whilst I follow rules set out for me, I always try to use initiative and common sense to get things done in a quick and safe manner

Communication

I know and understand that manners and respect are very important I use these in my every day interactions I enjoy talking and interacting with people of different ages and I’m not shy to start a conversation I can communicate well both written and verbal
