Woods & Co is an employment agency which provides contracted individuals opportunities for one-off shifts at venues and events such as the MCG, Caulfield and Flemington Racecourse, Sidney Myer Music Bowl, festivals, and carnivals. Responsibilities included bartending, catering assistance, cleaning and organising venues, labourer shifts, food and beverage assistance, and merchandising.

The Wine Concierge operates as a wine distribution centre, collaborating closely with multiple wineries. My role entailed interacting with potential clients and loyal customers to understand their preferences and provide recommendations for suitable products. I was part of a top-performing team that consistently surpassed sales goals and key performance indicators. My tenure at The Wine Concierge significantly bolstered my interpersonal and communication abilities, which I can readily apply to forthcoming sales positions.
