  • As part of Suitable Duties, I have liaised with the leadership team in developing a shift duties matrix for leadership roles. This matrix incorporates all activities relating to Rostering and Payroll submissions, and the auditing of those submissions. I also configured a randomised Environmental Audit schedule for all STARS High Risk patient care areas within the auditing tool (Topcat). Additionally, I liaised with the vendor to correct all Topcat Frequent Touchpoint reporting outputs to include the physical location of sub-features. I created a workload calculator with FTE per patient ratio output. I have carried out analysis to assist in resolving accrual balance and payroll issues, as well as performed general administration duties.
