GBN operate over 900 vehicles, 1000 commercial machines and many 1000's small engine equipment. I was asked to consolidate workshops Nationally, review key workshop management and streamline preventative maintenance. Many preferred supplier agreements were put in place resulting in substantial savings, motor policy was reviewed and managed taking an lead role in accident root cause analysis.

• Super Gardens provides outsourced grounds maintenance services to over 200 clients across Metropolitan Melbourne including schools, universities, hospitals, commercial and residential estates, and councils.
• As Director I managed the grounds contracts for 18 years, I have expertise in working with clients through planning and scoping to ensure the grounds maintenance programs and landscaping services meet their needs. My focus is to provide a high quality professional service to all our clients within their budget to meet our clients' high standards for quality, OH&S and environmental requirements, I have driven the process for Super Gardens to attain and maintain ISO 9001, AS/NZS 4801:2001 and AS/NZS 14001 certification. I have a strong personal commitment to provide a safe working environment for all Super Gardens' staff, contractors and clients. I am the Chair of the Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Advisory Committee and have instigated internal OH&S training programs for all staff.
• Being a qualified Diesel mechanic and experienced fleet Manager I managed our fleet of 100 vehicles and large amounts of machinery reporting back to the board on fleet procurement, R&M and the life cycle of assets.

• APT provided luxury coaching holidays Australia wide. I was responsible for all workshops nationally, implementing preventative maintenance, procuring and divesting fleet also setting technical specifications for coaches and specialist vehicles. I was tasked with commencing a charter division in Central Australia also managed Melbourne Day Tours for two years. Implementing and running National mechanical training and other training courses for drivers, mechanics and workshop management.

A 4 year apprenticeship was completed then worked on the floor with 15 other mechanics. In 1985 I was awarded the position workshop foreman being responsible for mechanics, panel

beaters and storeman. I was responsible for the safe, reliable operation of extended tour vehicles nationally. Our fleet primarily consisted of Mercedes benz and Detroit engines.
