  • Company Overview: Havieron Gold & Copper Mine (JV with Greatland Gold)
  • Promoted to Superintendent for a newly created role at the worldclass Havieron gold-copper project located circa 75km from Telfer.
  • Responsibility included initially improvement & then maintaining operational standards in all aspects of the catering operation with weekly reporting to Senior Management.
  • Contract management of the site support contracts, including KPI inspections, menu planning, monthly contract review meetings & budgeting.
  • Assisted with the administration of accommodation allocations, transportation & logistics between Telfer & Havieron, mobilisation of new & existing personnel.
  • Responsibility for the planning & implementation of events to encourage social engagement & during "Care & Maintenance" became part of the SLT on site & appointed Alternate Senior Site Executive in July 2024.
