Work History;

1990: I was employed by BHP Wire as an Apprentice Boilermaker.Aswell as all thing TAFE I learnt a lot from trades about Repairs and Maintenance to a large plant which at that time had 3 galvanising plants.

1994: I was offered a trade position and continued employment.I have always been kept up to date with training such as;

#First Aid #Fire Fighter Training

#Forklift License #Asbestos Awareness

#Confined Space #Elevated Work Platform

#Working at Heights #Dogging License

In the future years of employment I became skilled in working on such jobs as;

#Hard face welding #Submerged Arc Welding

#Repairs/Improvement to M/C guarding #Contract Controlling

#Large Fabrication of Molten metal baths from Drawings

I also successfully completed my trade certificate in Mechanical Engineering in 1998.

I am still currently working in a position as a Dual Trade Maintenance worker. I am very interested in a career change(within Fabrication Trade) which might include a family friendly roster.I am also willing and able to do overtime when required.
