• Apprentice carpenter assisting in a wide variety of building and construction work.
• Working mainly on residential large renovation work.
  As qualified tradesman worked on new homes and renovations including working with and coordinating other tradesman.
• Coordinated projects and project managed job sites to full completion.
• Engaged in my own building projects and small developments, from subdivision to design, construction and full completion.

YOUTH...

• Key leadership involvement in SHIFT youth outreach's, including gospel proclamation.
• Coordination with local chaplains of SHIFT school tours including lunchtime entertainment and marketing of outreach.
• Speaking at SU smash camps bringing spiritual input for the week.
• Working with chaplains to run breakfast clubs, lunchtime programs and the running of youth alpha in local high schools.
• Speaking regularly in local High school chapel services, school outreach events and Easter services. Speaking regularly in local High schools through Red frogs on topics such as schoolies, party safe, identity and life after school.
• Through frogs, working with Brisbane Grammar boys College in conjunction with youth pastors/leaders to facilitate afternoon outreach borders program. Currently in meeting with Nudgee high school to establish a similar program on a weekly basis.

YOUNG ADULTS...

• Intern Pastor working under Nathan Harris in young adults ministry before officially employed as young adults pastor and working closely with youth ministry.
• Building up of young adults ministry through passionately leading YA's to a greater hunger for God.
• Forming and coordinating the establishment of YA's connect groups including raising up of leaders and planting new groups to see multiplication and church growth.
• Helped coordinate and establish our YA's university ministry through Red Frogs. An outreach to students in specific student accommodation in the city and at south bank on a weekly basis.
• Organising YA leadership development and team night's. Organising YA's retreat weekends.
• Coordinating and leading Sunday night services mostly aimed at youth and young adults.
• Invited and released to preach at other churches such as... The Grove, Hope Community, Gateway Baptist, Bracken Ridge and Citipointe UQ campus.
• Invited to speak at different churches youth and YA retreats. Including training workers/volunteers at Red Frog workers retreat.
• In more recent years founded and established SENT ministry starting with SENT YA Conference designed to equip and empower YA's for everyday impact!
• Started in Brisbane and then with God's leading established north Qld and potentially looking at Bunderberg next year. To help equip every church across the state not just south east Qld.
• Similarly, SENT youth Conference designed to empower youth to have an impact in their school, sporting club and beyond to see the reaching out of friends and growth in all youth ministries.
• Establishment of SENT podcast. Interviewing everyday Christians on God opportunities to help empower and inspire other believers to know they can do the same.
• Establishment of SENT marketplace, working closely with Christian business owners and marketplace leaders to help them see their marketplace as ministry and mission.
• Empowering for workplace outreach and a vision for God's heart in all spheres of society. Establishment of SENT training, a specific practical small group training course which takes everyday believers through a series of sessions designed to empower them for everyday impact.
• SENT Conferences has also brought a natuaral forming of key YA pastors and leaders together to have lunch, encourage one another, share recourses and plan SENT Conference.

OUTREACH...

• Preaching regularly in Sunday services and particularly targeted outreach services including Christmas and Easter.
• Running and coordinating Alpha sessions at church, schools and also in local cafe's.
• Helped coordinate Alpha masterclass training with the Alpha team for church believers to run their own alpha's and multiplying our outreach potential.
• Working and volunteering with Red Frogs for 16 years. Involved with the staff and core leadership team running Gold Coast schoolies with over 250 different churches represented. Including zone leading, coordination of volunteers, training of workers, speaking at workers rally's and gospel proclamation of Red frog outreach service.
• Worked with Red Frogs Australia media team to write and produce their Evangelism and outreach training, used nationally for all volunteers.
• Volunteered with others areas of Red frogs including board riders, cricket Australia, Reds rugby union (including speaking to their development squad), lots of university events such as O weeks and uni party's and major music festival's in Qld and NSW.
• Worked closely with Andy Gourley (founder) to coordinate years of outreach uni Fraser trips taking uni students to Fraser Island also including the Reds rugby union team.
