1. Biosecurity & bird welfare :

• Daily follow biosecurity procedures such as; change foothdips, take a shower before and after work, sanitise all outside stuff before entering farm, wear only cloths provided by farm.
• observe, noted and report any abnormal birds behaviour and mortality number.
• perform birds vaccine properly.

2. Safety culture :

• wear proper personal protective equipment based on the job desk or anytime it needed.
• well knowledge about job tasks and completed preventive action before do repair job.
• make weekly hazard and safety report.

3. Audit readiness :

• Maintain farm cleanliness and all stuff storaged safely.
• Completed farm daily record sheet such as; Weekly production sheet, vaccine temperature, rodent control, mortality, batch management plan, etc)

4. Performance & accountability :

• take am & pm data on same time daily as to ease make shed performance comparison day by day (feed consumption, water reading, light lux & on off schedule, temperature, etc)
• open for feedback and performance review for continuous improvement.
• work overtime in the farm or other when they need extra help.

5. Process & communication :

• update lean board accurately (safety & quality, shed events, mortality, feed consumption, body weigh and uniformity)
• Attend lean board meeting and safety walk.

• Pack bones and sliced meat into cartons, moves carcasses to chillers and freezers, loads meat product into trucks.
• Increased warehouse efficiency by optimizing storage organization and implementing effective inventory management.
• Managed incoming shipments effectively by inspecting goods for quality control purposes before storing them appropriately.
• Assembled pallets and crates for secure transportation of materials.
• Cleans and sanitises equipment and work areas.

• Disassembly/Assembly of various mechanical, hydraulic, power train and engine components such as valves &other swiveling/rotating assembling
• Ability to comprehend Standard Operating Procedures and Risk Assessments
• Regulated plant operation and quality procedures to meet production targets by planning
  maintenance, designating operating hours and supplying equipment.
• Conducted root cause analyses for recurring technical issues, resulting in long-term solutions that minimized future disruptions.
• Tested systems, noting issues and completing preventive maintenance.
