-Support and development of high-performing team.

-Use of in-house Practice Management System; Coreplus to manage Facilitators and client appointments and ensuring the accuracy of appointment bookings at the clinic, Webex, Microsoft Teams & Zoom.
-Overseeing management of clinic correspondence while maintaining client confidentiality.
-Manage client complaints.
-Meet minimum weekly billing requirements; follow-up on outstanding accounts.
-Ensure smooth and accurate flow of information within the business to facilitate other business operations.
-Oversee facilities services and maintenance services.
-Maintain IT, emails and telephone systems.
-Assist marketing director with social media and other marketing initiatives.
