Summary

I have shown an aptitude to teaching and interpersonal skills from a young age which led me to the hospitality industry, the industry of people.


Through the years, hospitality fit me like a shoe and I developed a passion for understanding different spirits, their history and usage in the extravagant career of cocktail making.


I have continued to teach and motivated many bartenders and current supervisors of several venues, naturally this led to creating and running events with an educational approach that was advantageous to the venue, staff, brands and anyone else who attended. I am a big believer in learning through fun and engaging activities like small competitions, the kind of activities which ignite the passion and appreciation for our craft.


Spirits Platform holds most of my favourite brands and ingredients to use in cocktail making and we have collaborated together over the years in educating and promoting bartending in and around Chapel St.
