Defined Data Services Team Charter encompassing Operating Model, Roles & Responsibilities, Interaction model, and a service catalog. Designed and facilitated onboarding processes during the project.

Over a two-year period with a global pharmaceutical consumer goods company.

• Developed a Data Governance Framework, focusing on the operating model and governance and management processes.

• As part of a greenfield Snowflake implementation, modelled the enterprise data model in Data Vault 2.0, as well as the reporting marts using dimensional modeling.
