
To whom it may concern, I have been having a strong hospitality and retail background for more than 30 years in 11 different countries. I have been working as a self-employed since 2015 to 2020 In those 5 years I was the owner/operator of two different restaurants in Brisbane. Since the end of 2019 to Jan of 2021, I worked for as a consultant at 2 different companies, they opened new shops/restaurants in Brisbane. From January of 2022 to November of 2022, I worked as a Food and Beverage Manager in a Luxury Hotel. From November of 2022 I'm working at one of Brisbane Exclusive Private Club as Functions and Events Manager. Now I am looking for a new permanent position and my new challenge.
