
I am a dedicated Primary Connect team member with a deep-rooted understanding of the Hoppers Crossing DC, built from the ground up. My career has been defined by a successful transition from floor-based roles to Operations Administration, where I now serve as a vital link between our technical systems and daily site reality. As an Administration Workplace Coach, I take pride in being the "go-to" person for our team, providing hands-on training across Receiving, Dispatch, Inventory Systems, and Handout Room processes.
Beyond coaching, I manage our financial and operational data, from end-to-end agency payroll validation to complex TM1 financial reporting and SAP/Ariba procurement. Whether I am auditing carrier rate cards for Camerons and NQX, reconciling Big W SF costs, or troubleshooting WMS 5.4 and Pyramid issues, my focus is always on accuracy and efficiency.
Being recognized as Team Member of the Month three times reflects my commitment to this site and my ability to lead through change. I am eager to step into the Systems Implementation SME role to help our network navigate new technology while keeping our people and KPIs on track.
