During my employment with Corrimal CPAP Shop, I developed and mastered skills in the organisation of patient identification and medical documents, communication skills with a range of patients, and using specific EHR and financial systems. Roles in this position included booking appointments via email and phone call, organising patient paperwork, communicating effectively and cohesively with medical professionals, and greeting incoming patients and customers professionally and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance.
This position involved many different roles which all required exceptional communication skills with an array of patients. I ensured all patients have an uncomplicated experience through a multiple step procedure. The roles included multiple identification checks, observing patients in waiting rooms, ensuring/checking vaccines are safe to use and guaranteeing a great patient experience without fail. I provided exceptional customer service to diverse clientele, fostering an atmosphere of inclusivity and respect and remedied issues quickly and effectively through active listening, conflict resolution, and dynamic communication skills.
