1. MAINTAINING THE OPERATIONAL STANDARDS OF THE VEHICLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE COMPLIANCE AND REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS:

• Communicated with passengers to answer questions about areas and services and provide comfortable traveling experiences.
• To organise time and day for regulatory inspections of all the taxis at authorised inspection centres.
• Maintaining the operational standards of the vehicle in accordance with the compliance and regulatory requirements of NSW Taxi Industry.
• Coordinating between the drivers and the authorised inspectors.
• Maintaining the safety standards and road worthiness of all the vehicles involved in the business.

2. DRIVER RELATED REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS:

• Making sure all drivers are following the code of conduct provided by the Taxi council.
• Drivers have valid license and driver taxi authorities.
• Providing worksheets to the drivers and making sure has been completely and properly filled by the drivers on daily basis.
• Ensuring the drivers are following the dress code provided by the network.

3. BUSINESS RELATED GENERAL JOB DUTIES:

• Arranging registrations for the vehicles.
• Cash handling, preparing statements and maintaining financial records.
• Organising insurances which includes Public Liability, Workers Compensation which are the regulatory requirements for the registration of the taxi.
• Coordinating with the drivers to make the shift rosters.
• Resolving customer issues and needs and to constantly work for satisfactory outcomes and improving outcomes for customers.
