I am currently a trainee at PT Fitness. I work a couple times a week to help out with classes when needed. This includes setting up and packing up equipment for classes, helping out with cleaning the gym, doing all the demonstrations for the classes, taking photos and helping out the class participants when needed.
I find myself good at motivating clients to stay on track with fitness goals with positive and friendly approach. I promote safe and inclusive environment for the members and other trainers around me.
During my placement at Move Studios, I was observing up to 3 classes a day and taking notes on plenty of different things throughout the class. I got to ask the instructors heaps of questions and I found out things like how they plan their classes, if they ever repeat sessions, some of their own moves/workouts on the reformer, etc.

At my second placement, I got a deeper unstanding of how things work in the fitness industry. I found it great to see how studios are ran so differently from one another and also how all teachers have a different teaching style.

During my short time on work placement at Ardor, I got to see how things ran in the studio. This included observing classes, setting up the sauna for clients, helping out in classes, setting up and packing up for classes, cleaning, sending out emails to members, etc.
I have been playing netball almost all my life, which I absolutely love! I really enjoy posting on social media (mainly Instagram and Tiktok) and I hope to one day start a new social media account, which will be based around a Health and Wellness lifestyle, I want to post workouts on the reformer and some yoga on the mat, I would also love to post nutritious recipes, etc.
