My goal is to return to the workforce after a career break to have my family and time spent running the family business. I would love to work in the non for profit sector and doing so will be very satisfying.

My experience as an insurance lawyer imparted in me transferable skills that I believe will be necessary to undertake the role of Compliance, Reporting and Evaluation Officer.

I routinely interpreted, analysed and applied various legislation to contracts and other agreements and I am very comfortable doing so. In my role at Suncorp, I advised the commercial team on compliance with product disclosure statements. In my various roles as a defendant insurance lawyer, I was required to analyse whether claims were compliant with the relative legislation. My work as an insurance lawyer also required me to investigate risk and determine liability of claims.

I am a fantastic critical thinker and an expert at solutions oriented problem solving. I am a highly-motivated employee and like to take on new challenges. I have a strong work ethic, adaptability and exceptional interpersonal skills. I am adept at working effectively unsupervised and quickly mastering new skills. I am a punctual and hardworking employee with superior multitasking and time management abilities. I am also proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel.

• Volunteer and participate in various charity events such as The Basket Brigade and Shave for a Cure;
